Most of the sites at Cross Creek are rented annually as the residents enjoy the “non-transient” nature of our Resort, and look forward to seeing their neighbors and friends from year to year. Cross Creek has an “Activities Schedule” that is unparalleled in Florida. The Resort is located 5 miles north of the old historical town of Arcadia, Florida on
Cubitis Avenue (Old US Hwy. 17).

Cross Creek is owned by a small, Florida based company that both cares for and responds to our customers. Cross Creek is operated as a first class RV Resort and only allows commercially manufactured RV’s (5th wheels, travel trailers and motor homes) no less than 22 feet and meeting management standard conditions. No tents, pop-ups, hi-lows, truck campers or vans of any type are allowed. Park Model homes are permissible and available for purchase. Rent includes water and sewer and the use of all amenities and participation in the full activity schedule.
