Set-up includes the unit blocked, anchored and skirted, installation of a 2.5 ton AC unit, water, sewer and electric lines installed. You may customize your Park Home by choosing your own floor plan, furniture fabric, window treatments, carpeting, and vinyl flooring as well as many other options.
Delivery of a customized home usually takes six to eight weeks. The sale of any units do NOT include the RV lot. |
